Feedback.Express is a software for managing online questionnaires and self-assessments with the possibility of configuring itself as a 360 ° feedback system.

Initially conceived as a tool for profiling candidates for open positions in the company and therefore for creating a matrix of skills, it has evolved as a system that allows each participant to submit an assessment questionnaire to their colleagues, customers and partners ( feedback) on one's own person.

The questionnaires are generally prepared and preset by managerial training and consulting companies that offer the software to their clients as a complement to a training course that provides the comparison of their own assessment with that provided by the "peers": the feedback remains anonymous and only the aggregated data are presented to the subject.

The system is completely customizable in terms of content, manages multi-languages, is multi-company / multi-tenant, can be customized in appearance by changing logos and colors with those of the customer, and provides an email notification system that is also fully customizable.
