A powerful internal CRM allows the classification of thousands of names, associating different locations and multiple contact channels to each of them.

A poster composer allows you to filter and select the availability of a certain time period and the results can be collected in a PDF file that can be downloaded, published on the website or distributed through a newsletter composer connected to the internal CRM.

Thanks to the complete management of networks and sub-networks, travel agencies are collected and divided into groups, making it possible to select and send communications to a part of them.

The creation of a file can be carried out by the planner of each product by selecting the accommodations based on the availability (unoccupied cells) and inserting them into the cart. After having inserted one or more products, the practice is created through a couple of steps for the selection of the customer and the insertion of the data of the travelers and the choice of the possible insurance policy. The practice is naturally linked to internal accounting, from the same practice it is possible to manage payments, issue invoices, account statements, vouchers and travel documents.

From the software it is also possible to manage the pages of the site, with a last generation text editor. For each content there is the possibility to publish the translation in multiple languages.
